IIT Roorkee Alumni Association Nepal (IITRAAN) chapter organized its first training-workshop for mentors on 18 Dec 2022.
15 alumni, part of this cohort, will participate in a mentorship programme to be launched shortly and will mentor prospective mentees, particularly young engineers in the early stage of their career.
The training-workshop was facilated by Mr. Suman Shakya, founder of Tangent Waves.
